Please note that selecting a session in Sched does not guarantee attendance. All sessions are first come, first served. But there are plenty of sessions to choose from and we do our best to place speakers in rooms with space to match the demand. Planning your preferences in Sched does help us make last minute changes if necessary to ensure we have the right sized-room for each presentation.
The program will always be available on the conference website Program Page. Click on a session title to see details such as a description, theme and location (Fairmont or Westin). Any changes to the program will be made online and through Sched.
It is about a 12-minute walk between hotels and there will be a shuttle available between locations.
